Standard shipping takes approximately 5-10 business days, while expedited shipping is available for an additional cost and arrives within 2-5 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package. We also offer international shipping to select countries, though delivery times may vary.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you and your feline friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.
Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
