• Item must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, and undamaged).

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right quickly.

• Personalized or custom items are non-refundable unless there’s a printing or quality issue.
